Social types archetypes
This page is base on the 4 social types of objective personality. I will address them in my own formulation but you can expect a lot of Ops langage at the beginning of the page. They are analyse within the lens of archetype and the patterns of the hierarchy primarily. The universality of the places and the framework they operate on in terms of attention. I am much more interest in the symbolism and in the movement of civilization.
Social type 1: Flex and Generalize saviors. Flex is about putting identity and goals first. Assigning your name to something and build it until its the best. It is extreme in terms of attention. Have a hard time being friendly and help outside identity and goals.
Social type 2: Generalize and Friends saviors. Generalize is about work and getting things done. Playing the game of leveraging multiple tasks. It is doing in terms of attention. Have a hard time being systematic and develop an understanding of a particular task or set of actions outside of doing.
Social type 3: Specialize and Flex saviors. Specialize is about wanting to fit at a specific place in the system. Wanting to own a craft and be the expert that can help people with particular things. It is meta in terms of attention. Have a hard time looking outside their particular system and principles.
Social type 4: Friends and Specialize saviors. Friends is about helping people around and make sure things are going easy. There is an awareness of what people are going after and how to make things fun and light. It is balance in terms of attention. Have a hard time pushing for higher things.
Aspects of the social hierarchy
The competition and cooperation axis seems to be connected to the flex versus friends coin. Type 1 is the most competitive and type 4 is the most cooperative. Type 3 and type 2 are in the middle and the competition seems to depend. Type 2 will be more competitive across the board, but type 3 more competitive in narrow areas.
Ego versus non ego seems to be also connect to flex and friends even though it seems to be more complicate than that for sure. Ego meaning a person's sense of self-esteem or self-importance, so people with lots of ego are very confident (good state) and egoistical (bad state). Having more ego can also make you more insecure about what people think of you (self conscious).
We can associate ego with flexing and type 1 and non ego with Friends and type 4. We can say people that have flex (type 1) care about winning, which mean they will compete. While people that dont have flex (type 4) tend to cooperate. The strategy is more direct for type 1 while for type 4 it is more indirect. A type 1 learning to cooperate and a type 4 learning to compete is how they will climb the hierarchies, by knowing their strenghts and weaknesses. But a type 4 will prefer to stay low because the cooperation prefer to lay low. While the opposite happen for type 1.
Patterns of the social types positions
Type 3 and type 4 seems to play an internal role. Like maintaining the organism by the specialization across the board. While type 1 and 2 are playing the external role by orienting the organism in it's environment by the roles. There is also type 2 and 3 that maintain the hierarchy by being in the middle and type 1 and 4 destabilizing it by being on the poles. From that point of view type 1 would be double destabilize and type 3 double maintains.
Sustaining organism = Type 4 and Type 3
Orienting
organism = Type 2 and Type 1
But orienting the organism can be quite unifying so Type 1 and 2 can actually be the actual maintainer of the system. Particularly type 1 with the vision they have and the need to rule, it brings order and maintains the system (bad or good). And type 3 can be particularly destabilizing because when they give the towel, it’s a revolution. Type 3 can take it for a long time but when they have enough, they destroy the system and make a new one or change it to a good degree. They hype up the type 4 to disrupt things.

Times of change: Gathering of forces = Type 4 and Type 3 (particularly)
Type 3 and type 4 are also more security and risk averse. It makes sense that they prefer playing by the rules of the system in place and play it more safe. While type 1 and type 2 might risk more to get ahead, which will not always play out. They might try to do scams (not that type 3 and 4 cannot per say) and have alterior motives. This is in a general sense if we think in term of climbing the overall hierarchy.

Type 4 is easily energized by the groups (bad and good influence). They are the positive energy and make us forget hierarchy games. Type 3 is very secure and process oriented (so they are quite slow if they didn’t narrow in an area to specialize). Type 2 want to expand society and create, but they can be too much focus on the outcome and the hope. They are fast, but they tend to move down and up quite a bit. Type 1 creates movement and direction for society. They can be both inspirational or quite corrupt.

The representations of the hierarchy is not only social, it is mainly perceptual. By the perception of reality we are making a math that has elements of hierarchical organisations.
Genealogy
Birth order and relateness between individual highlights the pattern. There is an origin and a continuity of the pattern. It has roots and branches.
Distinction of roles, skills and drive
Without divisions in individuals, society wouldn't exist properly. We play different roles, have different skills, different types of drive, different place in life, different age (experience) and we have different personalities.
You are part of the pattern
The ascension upward and the stages of progression in one person life follow an hierarchical pattern. This is a vertical male pattern.
Typology
Priorities and precisions has to do with some kind of introvert ways to put categories together. In typology that would be Oi and Di or Pi and Ji.

The vertical relationship are inherently hierarchical. Our vision treat some informations better vertically. To forms better understanding of information you need to do vertical categories.

Type 4 = past seen as good, future seen as good. Sensitivity. The concentration is on the past, the future is hard to shape but its fine, remember the good old times.
Type 3 = past seen as good, future seen as bad. Premonition. The concentration is on the future, the past is idealize so the future cause problem.
Type 2 = past seen as bad, future seen as good. Hope. The concentration is on the future, the past is to escape from so the future must be necessarily good.
Type 1 = past seen as bad, future seen as bad. Vision. The concentration is on the past, the future must be control so I will change it, remember what I endure.

In my opinion type 1 have it invert which helps them see the hierarchy more but they are delude in some fashion. More expose to sins or corruptions.

We can actually associate fairly well the type 4 energy to communism and type 1 energy to fascism in their bad states. Depending on your definitions, but I am talking in the sense of nazi fascism and Mao Zedong communism. Those energies go beyond words. They act on people and you want to think what it would do to a society if you repress type 1 or type 4 energies. It's easier to see how fascism doesn’t work, it represses type 4 energy and idealise type 1 figures and spirit directly. While communism represses type 1 energy but the type 1 figures appear uncontrollably (unconscious violent charge).
« These two archetypal principles lie at the fundation of the contrasting systems of East and West. The masses and their leaders do not realize, however, that there is no substantial difference between calling the world principle male and father (spirit), as the West does, or female and a mother (matter), as the Communists do. These energies were ritualise so they were more upfront and conscious in a society even if they might not have been intellectually. The saying of Nietszche « god is dead » was an awareness of the deritualisation that led to the two extremes of fascism (type 1 energy) and communism (type 4 energy). Type 1 is more direct (father spirit) and is capitalizing on the fear and anger of the population. While type 4 is more indirect (mother matter) and is weaponize as good virtue and naivete of the population. Essentially, at their bad state they make society binary. It becomes one and many. And when you realize it’s too late, you can’t tell your opinions, people don’t have courage, people are corrupt not aligned with what’s honorable (being deluded), people don’t think properly (reactive state) and essentially people fall pray to the totalitarian spirit. We pray false idols and that bring war, corrupt systems, etc.

The different forms of political agenda can be connect to the different social universally. All forms are legitimate in how they represent the hierarchy. We can approach this in term of balance, that they all have their problems and their benefits. In my sense the slowness of change and the need for a particular level is actually the challenge when approaching the different political systems. Aristocracy is fast and the chain of authority is clear but it can create tensions and can easily be perverse because of a lack of feedback. Libertarian is good for citizens that can express their ressources and is good for some quality of life but lack an awareness of levels and tend towards swings of control. Republic is good to know the order of operation and the right person for the right job but has problems with slowness of operation and possible corruption within its own system. Democracy is good to get everyone a chance to vote and is beneficial for the common possibilities in the system but can become chaotic and not aware of itself (lack of expertise, hidden aristocracy).

The Cycle of the Hierarchy
For thousands of years of human history, civilizations have been disintegrate and reintegrate. War, change and movement have done that over the years. We have leaders, philosophies, religions, politics, technological advancement representing eras. It has been a cycle with various ups and downs along the way even if the tendency is to go upward. Society has stages and social types play a role in those shifts archetypally.
Archetype of society at their good sides. Top Down.
Type 1 create Movement to form Territories.
Type 2 create Bridge to form the Fundations.
Type 3 are making Elaboration to form Buildings.
Type 4 are making Peace which is what make Civilizations prosper.
This has to be seen in term of macro cultural level.

This is the order of the shifts. We can still see how things do happen in that order with the American and French revolution. It’s when there are enough archetypally type 4 energy that have enough, the type 3 energy will be furious and make the revolution. Universally cut the head of the flexing "type 1" tyrant and the "type 2" people supporting the tyrant.
From that angle we see how type 3 and type 4 can also be bad universally, becoming the uncontrollable masses. Type 1 and type 4 are more on the edges in everyday life (type 1 order or disruption, type 4 go with the flow or easily swayed), while type 3 and type 2 play the traditional role in time when things are fairly normal and are not on the edges. When things are on the edges, it seems that type 1 are trying to maintain order and type 4 are being swayed. The type 2 and 3 direct the movement and are making the decisions that will actually disrupt the society hierarchy. Type 3 being angry and making the revolution and type 2 defending the tyrant or siding with the masses. I mean that in terms of patterns and images here.

The laws of power and manipulation with a lot of historical references. Inform people about that and how they can maneuver human interaction about manipulation and power.
Type 3 have a maintaining role in society. They are archetypally the workers and the one doing the job in one area. They can tolerate a lot of pain but when they have enough they explode and it's the revolution. It can be at small scale or at vast scale.
Entps because of Ne dom, are attune to the metaphysics and cultural ideas at play. They try to guess the consequences and the repercussions of some ideas. With Ti and Fe they are even more aware of the cultural values and being invest in particular debates going on.
Paired with type 3, they feel responsible to hold whats not working together in the meta system. If the entps have a skill near the problems of society, they will give a lot of time in that arena and have some premonitions about it. Type 3 work a lot on obsession which can bring a lot of fire power but also some fear in the process.
SF blast third (Si Fe) and type 3 (archetypally Oi blast) can be a pretty intense combo. I found in my personality work that the third function is often time the seeking one on the boarder of conscious awareness. Often time, well integrate people or people who give valuable insights are known in some shape of form for their third animal or their third dimension of life or their third function or a mix of those. Most of the time that's where it unlocks an integration and make super powerful messages. It has enormous potential.
Social types as forms of power
I am looking at it in a general manner. The social type might share some aspects of cousins social types and temperaments (IxxP, ExxP, etc). They still fall within the same umbrella of the social type main power. Because we are not looking at mechanisms we cannot make those general attributions strict rules. It only expand the understanding and the categories at play. So it's more theoritical and society focus rather than personal and practical.
Friends Type 4: people differ in friends.
Specialize Type 3: people differ in skills.
Role Type 2: people differ in roles.
Flexing Type 1: people differ in winning.
When we classically think of power we think of the highest of the forms of power which is type 1 ego (winning, drive, conquest, status, competition). Which is not always true.
The form of powers is in what ways the person is searching for authority. What is the currency of the person to put itself as superior in life or feel good compare to himself/herself and to others. What is on the mind of the person most of the time to access more things, have more time, more whatever the person wants. It can be unconscious or conscious, but there is still survival underpinning even for the most well intention naive person. Even the enlighten person is using wisdom and peace of mind as a currency. The power of love is also a form of power, it is just that some forms of power have more conscious elements and are more integrative and healthy to have. But the power of drive and pride (less integrate power) also made us capable of creating so much and access larger conscious elements. Authority of friends for type 4 is in the form of broadening connection for survival. Having a lot of people to help them and that they can feel valuable giving to. Authority of skills for type 3 is in the form of being super good at one thing for survival. Having few big skills so that people around them see their worth of contribution so they can have security. Authority of roles for type 2 is in the form of broadening roles for survival. Having lots of facets in oneself to be well rounded and be valuable, having freedom to contribute. Authority of winning for type 1 is in the form of being known as the best in most things for survival. Having lots of important areas where people can see that they are worth something because the person is winning, so that the tribe knows he/she must be the leader or an important figure.
Each social types has a role in the future of society. Each of them have some energy and some prediction style. Type 4 is more in the terms of light energy and sensitivity. We can say that they work more in terms of oestrogen hormone (not necessarily high or low by default) and neuroplasticity. Type 3 is more in terms of process and premonition. We can say that they work more in terms of gaba neurotransmitter (not necessarily high or low by default). Type 2 is more in terms of hope and outcomes. We can say that they work more in terms of dopamine neurotransmitter (not necessarily high or low by default). Type 1 is more in terms of dark energy and vision. We can say that they work more in terms of testosterone hormone (not necessarily high or low by default) and crystalization. All this is for illustrations and for you to form a picture. All the social order are necessary for a race to function well.
Each social types has a role in the future of society and the energy they give off:

The proper levels of a hierarchy
For society to be align in an orderly unite fashion that account for various opinions and multiplicities, we have to establish proper levels in a hierarchy. This means that there has to be at least 3 or 4 divisions in a hierarchy. If we do 2 levels, it doesn't work. The one leader or very few leaders directing the many doesn’t work. The most flourishing societies have a flow in the hierarchy while also having a clear order of operations. We have to redistribute roles and skills properly and account for the natural order that people have different personalities, drive, developments and characters. We don’t exclude anyone from the equation meaning everyone can actually contribute to the society we live in, even the margins. It has to be properly align, we dont want the levels to invade other levels, it can but in small dose. It is more in the feedback rather than a level thinking its another level. We don’t put compassion (type 4) at every level, we don’t put competition (type 1) at every level. We don’t say the hierarchy doesn’t exist (type 4) and we don’t say that everything is a hierarchy (type 1). We are aware that this pattern of a hierarchy is inevitable, our reality is structure that way like dualities and cycles. That means that it will be reproduce by humans so it’s preferable that we are conscious of it and put it to the most integral form it can be. Each parts of the hierarchy provides values and interests that are important to the whole ecosystem. And knowing how they exist and how they manifest in reality is how we will come to realise that they all serve a purpose that can be define for us. This will lead to more awareness of societies and individuals in a psychological and philosophical sense. The political, the cultural and the business world will be project to higher forms of conscious awareness.
We have to be aware of the sentiment of type 4 (archetypally), what is the sentiment of the culture right now. And the attracting images that people can utilize to bring dangerous things. Be aware of the idols who are not properly align vehicules of idealisation (type 1 archetype). Type 1 often time weaponize type 4 energy so we have to be aware. If they go to the stage of Antichrist/AntiHero, this might be dangerous for the culture. But it is useful to have people who can canalyze that energy out there for it to not explode. We have to be more perceptive of these kinds of things cause it can be quite nuance. Personally, I think that the cycle will always be there, but the more conscious we are, the more we will make those cycles less extreme. I have to mention that social type 1 are not to be demonize. This energy will always exist archetypally in people so we dont have to make this a repress unconscious force that will act on us. Some rituals might help people canalize the different energy of the different social types. I am still trying to figure out how they can manifest for us.
The Cycles of change in a civilisation
Unifying Narrative
Unifying narrative: This is where we build a shared narrative and put solutions against what wasn’t working in the previous unifying narrative. It is when things are coming together. When we actually have a sense that the desert is gone, there is a structure in place (narrative). Usually the longest stage, its the time of peace and the slow build up to the promise land where we fall apart. Coming slowly to a time we forget some fundamental notions and we get ignorant.
Decadence/Degeneracy
Degeneracy: This is where we are in a state where society doesnt function properly and people are aware things are not working. For a couple years now we have lived in decadence. The vision of the promise land installed itself and people start to be on board with whatever will stop the stage of degeneracy. The unifying narrative is ending and degeneracy put people on the edge or without moral.
The Promise land
The promise land: This is where we search for a thing that will make us happy and will help us escape the problems of the unifying narrative that wasn’t working. Slowly getting in contact with a vision of the desert. We leave or destroy what wasn’t working. Usually the stage for war and revolution.
The Dessert
The Desert: This is where we slowly rebuild and make the foundations for something new to come. If things are too chaotic, it can take quite a while to rebuild. It’s harder than we think to really kill what wasn’t working and construct what is working. Usually where we process and repent the end of the promise land (tragedies). In a trinity cycle, the desert is in the promise land.

In my sense the image we have to strive towards is the image of the mother with its child. There is also a clear universal way to see how a society unfold. The order and tribe are met at the top while the chaos and the desires we have met at the bottom. They are both ritualize and acknowledge. They serve for the image of the mother and its child. This is not an image of protecting the child at any cost but to set up the parameters of coexistence within the kingdom of the father archetype. An image of a prosperous nurturing society with an order and care for others. Society fill the gaps of existence in its structure and rituals and allow the child to grow.
